
Step 1
Turn the stove on with the comal in the desired burner. The key is not to have it to hot, if you have it to hot the tortilla will burn and the cheese on the inside wont be melted. In the heating process this is now a good time put some oil on the comal, wipe it on with a paper towel until the surface has a thin shiny layer.
Step 2
Once the comal is hot, the next step is to lay the tortilla flat on the comal and put the cheese on it. The cheese will set on the tortilla and once it is bubbly it is okay to fold in in half.
Step 3
Once it is folded in half you can toast in on the comal until the desired crispness. This is the final step after it is the desired consistency it is time to enjoy your classy quesadilla.
